A resident of Kazan. On 17 September 2024, she was detained on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation in connection with her alleged involvement in the activities of the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir and was taken into custody the following day.
The Hizb ut-Tahrir party was recognised as a terrorist organisation and banned in the Russian Federation in 2003. Human rights activists considered this ban to be groundless, as there was no evidence that members of this party were involved in terrorist activities.
