Biography
Served in the Ukrainian 'Aidar' battalion, medic. Captured in the spring of 2022, she was in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region of Ukraine. Was charged under several articles of the Criminal Code of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic. After the Russian Federation declared the DPR part of its territory, the charges were reclassified under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Prutian was accused of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and violent seizure of power.
On September 12, 2024, the court decided to separate the case of Prutyan and another woman accused in the same case,

On September 12, 2024, the court decided to separate the case of Prutyan and another woman accused in the same case, Marina Mishchenko, into a separate proceeding, as they were also charged with the use of prohibited methods of warfare.
The next day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Prutian and Mishchenko had been returned to Ukraine as part of the exchange.
