A resident of Altai Krai. A deputy of the regional legislative assembly representing the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (СPRF). In June 2025, four windows of her home were smashed. Shortly before that, she had spoken out against the construction of a parking lot in a park adjacent to the Glory Memorial in Novoaltaysk. On November 11, 2025, the tyres of her car were slashed. On November 14, 2025, law enforcement officers conducted a search at the CPRF office. On November 14, 2025, law enforcement officers conducted a search at the CPRF office. Kliushnikova's assistant, Svetlana Kerber, was detained and accused of fraud related to her work as an assistant: according to the investigators, she received money without performing her duties. The following day, Kerber was taken into custody. On November 20, 2025, Kliushnikova herself was searched in regards to the same case, and the next day she was also taken into custody. Representatives of the CPRF consider the case to be part of the pressure on the party in the run-up to the Duma and regional assembly elections. On December 26, 2025, Kliushnikova was placed under house arrest.
