Maksim Melnikov

A Ukrainian serviceman. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison for the murder of a civilian in Mariupol. A case was brought against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov battalion. In July 2025, the case went to court.
