Maksim Tupitsyn

A resident of Astrakhan and captain of a river vessel. A case was brought against him for public justification of terrorism in connection with statements that were seen as approval of the activities of "one of the organisations which, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, is recognised as a terrorist organisation." On 21 January 2025, Tupitsyn was sentenced to a fine of 450,000 rubles.
