Marat Tulyakov

A resident of Kazan. In early June 2017, he was detained following a search and taken into custody on charges of organizing the activities of a terrorist organization due to his alleged involvement with the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir. On March 13, 2019, he was sentenced to 18 years in a high-security penal colony.
