Biography
Resident of Naberezhnye Chelny. In October 2022, he was fined under an administrative article on discrediting the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Later, a case was brought against him for spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. Yagudin pleaded guilty and said that at the time of publishing the comments he disagreed with the introduction of Russian troops into Ukraine and decided to express his discontent in this way. He published public apologies in the form of advertisements in three issues of the city newspaper and also transferred five thousand roubles

At the time of the case, Yagudin was on his own recognisance. On 13 July 2023, he was sentenced to six months of correctional labour.
