Biography
A resident of Astrakhan. He was detained on April 25, 2022, after a call from a security guard at the Vastorg shopping center, who complained that the man had left an anti-war inscription on a billboard near the building. An examination showed that he was intoxicated. The Astrakhan resident was charged with discrediting the Armed Forces (Part 1, Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and petty hooliganism combined with disobedience to the lawful demand of a representative of authority (Part 2, Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He was fined 30,000 rubles for the first offense

In addition, it became known that the man had left the inscription "No to war!" on two buildings and two monuments, namely on the monument to the former President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev and on a memorial stone at the base of the square named after Aliyev. This became the reason for initiating a criminal case. On December 1, 2022, the Astrakhan resident was sentenced to two years of restricted freedom.
