On 17 October 2017, it became known that a case of incitement to hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) had been opened. The reason for this was a verse published by Drozdov online. The verse jokingly described how villagers burned an atheist teacher: "...The glades have blossomed in the forest, a bird chirps in the distance.
