Maxim Durnykin

A resident of Balakhna (Nizhny Novgorod Region). He was detained and sent to custody on charges of attempting to set fire to a military recruitment centre and the town hall building in September 2022. A case of attempted terrorist attack was opened. On 9 August 2023, Durnykin was sentenced to seven years in a strict regime penal colony.
