Maxim Kim

A resident of Saratov. On 21 December 2024, he was detained on suspicion of arson in the local "museum of the Special Military Operation". He was accused of committing a terrorist act. On 27 August 2024, he was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime colony. Kim claimed that he was a victim of fraudsters who swindled him out of 190,000 roubles and then, promising to return the funds, instigated the arson attack.
