Maxim Luzyanin - participant of the event on 6 May 2012 on Bolotnaya Square, businessman, has a suspended sentence for extortion. On 28 May he was detained on suspicion of participation in mass riots, on 30 May Basmanny court chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention. He was also accused of using violence against several policemen and OMON officers. At first, Luzyanin claimed that at Bolotnaya he only prevented himself from hitting, but on 5 June, having recognised himself on the video, he fully admitted guilt.
