Maxim Puigin

Arrested in September 2016 on suspicion of involvement in a terrorist organisation due to his alleged involvement in the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir, which has no connection to terrorism. On 11 December 2017, he was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime penal colony.
