Mehriban Lukinskaya

Born in Azerbaijan, lived in Ryazan. Worked at a pipe factory and a heavy forging and pressing equipment factory. She supposedly owned a firm that traded in construction materials. A case of confidential cooperation with foreigners was brought against her. According to the investigation, she tried to obtain information for the military intelligence of Ukraine. On 18 August 2025, Lukinskaya was sentenced to five years in a general regime penal colony.
