Memet Belyalov

On 11 October 2017, he was detained following a search and charged with participation in the activities of a cell of a terrorist organisation. He was placed under arrest on 12 October. In February 2019, he was additionally charged with preparing to violently seize power. In March, it became known that the initial charge had been reclassified as organising the activities of a terrorist organisation.

On 16 September 2020, he was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime penal colony.
