Third-year student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Moscow State University. Participated in a rally on 23 January 2021 in support of Navalny. A case was opened against him on charges of using violence against a representative of the government authorities.
According to the version given by Dzhumaev's relatives to Chechen Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, Said-Mukhamad acted in a state of affect: he received a blow to the head and then started fighting with riot police. On 2 February, Ramzan Kadyrov harshly criticised Dzhumaev, claiming that he had "harmed the people of Chechnya and acted unmanly by hiding from the security forces after the action". During a meeting with Chechen parliamentary speaker Magomed Daudov, Dzhumaev's uncles and cousins on his father's side said that Dzhumaev's parents had been divorced for a long time, that the boy was born and raised in Moscow, and that they had seen each other only a few times. Said-Mukhamad was detained a few days after the action, in Pskov, and from there was taken to Moscow.
On 28 January 2021, Dzhumaev was taken into custody on charges of using violence against an official at a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on 23 January. On 19 August, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime colony.
On 17 July 2025, Dzhumaev was released from prison.
