Biography
He is a resident of Tomsk. No later than August 2024, he was detained on charges of public justification of terrorism. Either at that time or later he was charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and treason. According to the investigation, he called for joining the Freedom of Russia Legion and reported on its courses, where they taught how to use drones during combat operations. On 15 October 2025, Aid was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime colony.

The Dossier media outlet, in a piece dedicated to the FSB agent Semion Ryzhakov, who left Russia, mentioned that Ryzhakov actively communicated with Aid and that it was the criminal case against Aid that became the reason for Ryzhakov’s detention and recruitment: on the instructions of his FSB handler, Ryzhakov agreed to create fake [Telegram] channels allegedly related to Ukrainian intelligence services, to get in touch with Russians who showed interest in these structures and push them to commit crimes.
