Biography
Resident of Uryupinsk (Volgograd Region). Worked as a premises maintenance technician at the Red and White shop. The media describes him as an admirer of the late neo-Nazi Maksim Martsinkevich ("Tesak").
A case was opened against Filatov for committing a terrorist act in connection with the arson attack on the military recruitment centre. On the morning of the same day as the arson attack, a post with a picture of a Molotov cocktail and the caption "Everyone protests in the way they think is right" appeared on Filatov's VKontakte page.
On 3 October 2023, Filatov was sentenced to 12 years in a
