A resident of Ivanovo. Participated in election monitoring and attended relevant trainings of the "Golos" movement, which is engaged in election monitoring. He left Russia. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. As part of the Gusev case, on 5 October 2022, searches took place in Ivanovo, Moscow, Pskov, Perm, and Chelyabinsk, mostly of people related to "Golos".
