Mikhail Ishchenko

A resident of Kaluga region, worked as a picker in a warehouse. He was convicted of possession and attempted sale of a forged bank ticket. In September 2023, a case of hooliganism was brought against him for burning the Russian flag in Khimki near Moscow. On 26 September Ishchenko was taken into custody. Later it became known that he was also charged with abuse of the Russian flag and preparation for participation in military actions against the interests of the Russian Federation because of correspondence with an alleged member of the "Russian Volunteer Corps". On 26 June, Ishchenko was sentenced to ten years' imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony.
