Mikhail Novikov

He is a resident of Verkhny Ufaley in the Chelyabinsk Region. In August 2023, he was detained in connection with the detonation of a relay cabinet. According to the investigation, the students were following the instructions of the Azov fighter, who first offered them a 15-metre cell phone tower in the historical centre of Yekaterinburg, near the Palace of Sporting Games, but they refused. On 25 December, Novikov was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime penal colony.
