Biography
A resident of Dolgoprudnyi (Moscow region). In January 2024, he was detained in the case of arson of a relay cabinet at the Mark railway station (Moscow). On 26 January, Sidorov was placed into custody. Initially, the case was opened under the article on attempted rendering communication routes unserviceable, but then the charge was reclassified to the actual commission of sabotage. In addition to Sidorov, another teenager from Dolgoprudnyi, Yegor Melnikov, was on trial. Initially, the case was opened under the article on attempted rendering communication routes unserviceable, but then the charge was reclassified to the actual commission of sabotage. In addition to Sidorov, another teenager from Dolgoprudnyi, Yegor Melnikov, was on trial. According to the investigation, Sidorov, in order to earn money, contacted a stranger who offered him to set fire to a relay cabinet, and then offered Melnikov to take part in the arson. Sidorov's case was severed due to the conclusion of experts that at the time of the arson he had a mental disorder and could not realise the danger of his own actions. Probably, during the investigation he was ordered to undergo involuntary psychiatric treatment. On 27 October 2025, Sidorov was sentenced to eight years in a general regime colony.
