Murat Kardanov

A resident of Nalchik. A case was brought against him for under-reporting an acquaintance who, in the spring of 2025, was planning to set fire to a railway line on behalf of the Ukrainian security services.

On 3 October 2025, the court sentenced him to a fine of 30,000 rubles.
