Biography
A resident of Orekhovo-Zuyevo (Moscow Region), individual entrepreneur in the field of freight transport and taxis. On 19 September 2025, a video of a conflict in a bus with his participation was circulated in the media. After a passenger threatened to complain to Alexander Bastrykin, a drunken Alkamian said: "I fucked Bastrykin's family" and then started a fight. The next day, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that criminal cases had been opened against him on hooliganism because of the fight and on incitement to hatred with the threat of violence because of "insults and threats of violence

At the same time, only rude remarks about Bastrykin and his family are heard on the recording.
On 21 September the court remanded Alkamian in custody.
