A lawyer from Gelendzhik.

Represented a client who acted a third party on the plaintiff's side in a case of illegal construction. Challenged the judge, arguing that he was a client in the veterinary clinic located in the disputed building and had treated his pet Spitz there, thus making him unfit to objectively adjudicate the case. The judge accepted the challenge and referred the case to a colleague.

A lawyer from Gelendzhik.

Represented a client who acted a third party on the plaintiff's side in a case of illegal construction. Challenged the judge, arguing that he was a client in the veterinary clinic located in the disputed building and had treated his pet Spitz there, thus making him unfit to objectively adjudicate the case. The judge accepted the challenge and referred the case to a colleague.

On the 29th of February 2024, the Krasnodar Region Bar Association considered a submission made by the chairman of the Gelendzhik court that requested to deprive Fedorenko of her status as a lawyer on the basis of her collecting and disclosing information about a judge's personal life, but ultimately found no wrongdoings in her actions.

On the 5th of May 2024, a case of violating the right to privacy was initiated against Fedorenko. On the 2nd of October, Fedorenko was taken into in custody.

On the 10th of October 2024 Fedorenko was sentenced to 300 hours of corrective labour. In addition, the court banned her from practising law for two years.

On the 14th of January 2025, the Court of Appeal released Fedorenko from punishment.
