Natalya Kuklina

A resident of the Petrozavodsk town. In the spring and summer of 2022, the court received eight times materials on administrative cases of discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) against her. The reasons were, in particular, anti-war leaflets, stickers and a post on VKontakte. She was fined on three protocols, the remaining administrative cases were either terminated or returned to the police for revision. On 23 December 2022, the court imposed a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions. On 2 February 2023, the court seized Kuklina's property. In August 2023, a car was taken away from the woman because of inscriptions "discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation". On 17 December 2024, the court dismissed Kuklina's case due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
