Biography
Resident of Tulun (Irkutsk region). On 8 October 2024, he was detained in a case of public justification of terrorism because of comments on social networks where he endorsed the activities of the Russian Volunteer Corps and the possible seizure of Russian territory by this group to overthrow the Russian government. Alekseenko was placed in custody. On 29 November he was changed the measure of restraint to a ban on certain actions. In addition, a protocol was drawn up on him under the administrative article on calls to violate the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation (article 20.3.2 of the

On 5 March 2025 Alekseenko was sentenced to a fine of 350 thousand rubles (≈$3910 as of 05.03.2025).
