Nikolai Konashenok

A resident of St. Petersburg, an artist, restorer, and former journalist. On 25 March 2024, he was detained at Pulkovo airport when he was trying to leave for Yerevan. Konashenk was arrested for 14 days under the article on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences). The reason for the prosecution was his posts about the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall on 22 March. Police circulated a video of Konashenk apologising. "I do not support terrorism. A heinous crime has been committed, because of which we all grieve," he said in the video. The next day it became known that a criminal case was opened against Konashenk for publicly justifying terrorism. On 27 March, he was taken into custody.

In the evening of 25 March Konashenk's wife Roksana Shatunovskaya told about his dismissal from the post of General Director of the project "New Holland", which she held for 13 years. "By mutual consent of me and my management, we have come to the decision that I can no longer hold my position and fulfill my duties due to the fact that a member of my family has allowed himself monstrous, incompatible with humanity statements," she wrote.

In June 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of 600 thousand rubles with a ban on administering pages on the Internet.
