Nikolai Serebrennikov

Serebrennikov, a resident of Arkhangelsk, is a neurosurgeon with 25 years of experience. He graduated from the Northern State Medical University in 1999 and has since worked as a doctor, specializing in emergency care. In December 2024, he was charged with financing extremist activities due to donations he made to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. The court imposed a preventive measure, restricting certain actions he is allowed to take.
