Nikolay Usov

A resident of Altai Krai. In 2023, he was fined twice under the administrative article for discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). Later, a criminal case was initiated against Usov under a similar charge. On 29 August 2024, he was sentenced to one and a half years' imprisonment, but the sentence was replaced with forced labour. On 25 October 2024, the appeal court increased the sentence by one month.
