On 31 May 2012, she was charged with participation in the activities of a public or religious association in relation to which a court decision to liquidate due to extremist activities had entered into force; on 11 December, the court ruled that the indictment was unlawful; however, even before that, in November, the investigation had refiled the same charge; on 29 July 2014, she was acquitted by the court; on 12 December, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog court and remanded the case for a new hearing; on 22 January, new hearings began in Taganrog; on 30 November she was sentenced to a fine of 60 thousand rubles (the fine was later waived due to the expiration of the statute of limitations).
