Oksana Miholap

She is a resident of the city of Kstovo (the Nizhny Novgorod region). On 2 July 2024, her home was searched as part of a case of the activities of an extremist organisation in connection with her involvement in the Jehovah’s Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely for religious activities: meetings, joint worship services, or attracting new supporters. After that she was detained. The next day Miholap was taken into custody.
