Biography

A resident of the urban-type settlement of Tymovskoye (Sakhalin Oblast). He was prosecuted for desecration of symbols of military glory because he had drunkenly torn down the Victory Banner. On 22 January 2025, Ionov was sentenced to 10 months of corrective labour.
