Resident of Pskov. Engaged in hunting, so firearms were found in the house. Has a minor son with a disability. Maintained an account in TikTok, where he recorded video messages. A case was opened against him about calls for mass riots in connection with the video in the social network TikTok before the action in support of Alexei Navalny on 31 January 2021, as well as the use of violence against a representative of the authorities and possession of weapons.
