The resident of Vyborg. In 2022, he was fined under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because he tore off a sticker with the letter "Z" from the car of a war participant and pasted the inscription "Don't zibkuy." In the ensuing conflict, Mamporia said he was not satisfied with the pace of the Special Military Operation. In April 2025, it became known that he was prosecuted for repeated public display of extremist symbols because of a comment with the words "Glory to Ukraine.".Mamporia was under house arrest, on 15 January 2026 he was taken into custody after a statement by the penal inspection that he had left comments on the Internet while under a preventive measure.
