Biography
Resident of Birobidzhan. On 12 February 2020, a case was brought against him for participation in an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters. On 25 April 2022, Postnikov was sentenced to a five and a half year suspended sentence. On 11 October, the appeal court overturned the sentence and sent the case for review. On 23 August 2023, a similar sentence was handed down.
