Oleg Semyonov

On 20 July 2017, a case of incitement to hatred towards Bulgarians was initiated. Semenov was under his own recognisance not to leave the country. On 13 October, he was taken into custody after he left his place of residence for personal matters. On 24 May 2018, the Sudak city court fined him 50 thousand rubles. On 6 February, the Supreme Court of Crimea cancelled the sentence due to partial decriminalisation of Article 282 of the Criminal Code.
