Oleg Skotar

A resident of the Kherson region of Ukraine. A case of espionage was opened against him: according to the investigation, he passed information about the movement and locations of military equipment and personnel of the Russian Armed Forces to Ukrainian intelligence. On 23 October 2025, Skotar was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
