Oleg Yelanskii

A resident of Stavropol Krai. On February 8, 2021, a pro-government Telegram channel published a video in which a man identifying himself as Oleg Yelanskii stated that he admitted guilt in connection with the publication of a comment about the explosion at the Arkhangelsk office of the Federal Security Service. On March 31, 2021, he was sentenced to a fine of 360,000 rubles.
