Biography
A resident of Armyansk (Crimea). On August 5, 2021 Litvinyuk's home was searched, he was detained and taken for questioning. The next day, the court placed him under house arrest on charges of organizing the activities of an extremist organization due to his involvement with the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely for religious activities: meetings, joint worship services, attracting new supporters.
On September 8. 2022 the preventive measure was changed to a ban on certain actions. On December 1 he was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime colony, taken into custody
