Detained during the seizure of the Foreign Ministry reception room, on the night of 2 to 3 July, she was sentenced by the Presnensky District Court of Moscow under part 1 of article 19.3 ("Disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer") and article 20.1 ("Petty hooliganism") of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation to 3 days of administrative arrest. Under the criminal case initiated at the same time, four participants of the action were sentenced to suspended and real terms of imprisonment. The case was considered closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations (for crimes of minor gravity it is two years, i.e. from 2 July 2010), but after the interrogation of Kharlamova it became known that the case was reopened. On 7 February 2012, Olga Komarova was detained at the "Stop the dictatorship!" rally in front of the Central Election Commission in Moscow. At the Basmanny IAB it was found out that she was wanted, after which she was transferred to the Arbat IAB, staying overnight until the next day's interrogation. On 8 February investigator Bychkov questioned the activist of the "Other Russia" Olga Komarova in the criminal case of seizure of the Foreign Ministry reception room. She was charged again and signed a non-departure undertaking. The investigation authorities explained the fact that the case was not closed due to the expiration of the statute of limitations by the fact that Komarova allegedly evaded the investigation, due to which the statute of limitations was suspended. Sentenced to a fine of 30,000 roubles
