The "Kryminform" media reported that "after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, the woman actively spoke out in favour of Ukraine's actions and expressed death wishes for the Russian military personnel involved in the special operation in Ukraine". Pro-Russian blogger Alexander Talipov said that Sayenko was detained after his denunciation. She was under a recognisance not to leave the country. On 13 February 2023, she was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence.
