In April 2011, after five years on the federal wanted list, Olga Shalina, a member of the unregistered Other Russia party, was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence with four years of probation on charges of hooliganism. The criminal case was initiated after members of pro-Kremlin youth movements attacked Eduard Limonov and his supporters (the attackers were treated as victims in the case). In December 2011, Shalina's suspended sentence was changed to a real one. Shalina did not appear at the court hearing at which the judgement was made. On 27 April 2012, she was arrested at the baptism of her nephews in the church. Later she was sent to a colony in Nizhny Novgorod oblast, from which she was then transferred to Kemerovo oblast. In April 2015, she was released from prison.
