Pavel Blokhin

A resident of Novomoskovsk (Tula Region). He was prosecuted for desecration of the Great Patriotic War memorial: according to the investigation, being drunk, he desecrated one of the symbols of Victory in the Park of Memory and Glory, namely urinated on a cannon. On 11 November 2025, Blokhin was sentenced to 400 hours of compulsory labour.
