Biography
A resident of Yoshkar-Ola. A case of justification of Nazism was initiated against him because of several videos and other materials published at Vkontakte, Pekpaev was released on personal recognizance. On 12 May 2020 the court dismissed the case, the court of appellate instance approved the decision, but on 22 April 2021 the court of cassation cancelled it and returned the case into prosecutor's office. On 1 October Pekpaev was sentenced to 180 thousand roubles fine.
