Pavel Tsurkanov

Born in Rostov-on-Don. No later than August 2023, a case of public justification of terrorism was brought against him because of an aggressive comment in a local VKontakte group under a publication with Putin's speech. On 6 August 2024, Tsurkanov was sentenced to a fine of 250,000 rubles.
