Pavel Vladimirov

A resident of Voronezh. He was engaged in street activism: he put up anti-war leaflets, painted graffiti, and participated in rallies. No later than September 2024, he was detained in Kazakhstan and placed in custody at the request of Russia. It became known that a case was initiated against Vladimirov for preparation for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation.
