Petr Vrublevsky

The former Ukrainian ambassador to Kazakhstan. A case of incitement to hatred was brought against him. Presumably, the reason was an interview in which he said: "The more we kill Russians now, the fewer our children will have to kill". On 26 August 2024, Vrublevsky was sentenced in absentia to six years. On 11 November 2024, a court of appeal overturned the sentence. On 12 May 2025, the court of first instance again sentenced Vrublevsky to six years in absentia.
