Pyotr Nesterkov

A resident of Syktyvkar. In June 2022, he submitted a notice to the Election Commission of the Komi Republic to hold a referendum on ending the war, prosecuting Putin and Mishustin, and conducting new presidential elections. The Election Commission rejected his application. Additionally, Nesterkov attempted to organize a rally in support of the referendum, but only one person attended. By February 2023, a case was filed against Nesterkov for publicly justifying terrorism and inciting extremism due to comments on social media. On 27 July, the court ordered him to undergo compulsory treatment.
