Biography
He is a former deputy of the Kargopolsky City Duma and was deprived of his position by court at the request of the governor. He is an eco-activist and participant of rallies against the construction of a landfill in the town of Shiys. A case was initiated against him for repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces. During the search of his home, all equipment was seized from him. On 28 September 2023, the court applied a measure of restriction against him in the form of a ban on certain actions. During the search of his home, all equipment was seized from him. On 28 September 2023, the court applied a measure of restriction against him in the form of a ban on certain actions. In addition, a case of intentional infliction of non-life-threatening harm to health was also initiated against him for an altercation with the pro-war activist Igor Gusakov.
On 2 September 2024, Adnobaev was sentenced to a fine of 140 thousand rubles and one and a half years of restriction of freedom. On 21 August 2025, the restriction of freedom was replaced by four and a half months of forced labour because he missed a visit to the penal inspection.
